About the Ore Cart
The Ore Cart is a free transit shuttle that serves the Golden and Colorado School of Mines community. Operated as a partnership between Mines and the City of Golden, the Ore Cart is free for all riders, ADA accessible and designed to complement and expand access to existing transit options in the Golden area, including the RTD 17 bus and W train line.
The Ore Cart currently operates three routes – Silver, Tungsten and Gold – all named for metals historically mined in the state of Colorado.

Hours of Operation (subject to change)
Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
